Aisha promises to be there for you in every step of your journey. The goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
Aisha works with individuals, couples, and families to work through their struggles and find a sense of freedom from their pain.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, self doubt and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. Aisha wants to help you take the power back in your life and allow these events to be part of your story rather than defining it. Trauma is less about the specific events that occurred and more about the meaning and impression it has had on you.
At least 30 million people struggle with some form of Eating Disorder in the United States. Having a skilled and knowledgeable clinician is one of the most important factors to help clients find their motivation for recovery. While the process can seem long and exhausting, the fight to finding freedom from your disorder won't be one you fight alone.
Couples counseling can be beneficial to those who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection and find a path, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both individuals and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship. Aisha does not take sides within the session, rather she reflects both parties concerns and encourages a deeper understanding of the issues at hand.
