Setting up an initial appointment can be overwhelming, and we don't want it to be! If you are wanting to use insurance, there are a few more steps you will need to take before we can get you scheduled. For those that are wanting to pay out of pocket, we can get you scheduled through the self-schedule portal or in response to an e-mail inquiry.

This is a form that walks you through checking your benefits. Not all plans are created equal which means that some offer Nutrition Therapy and some do not. This form will be sent to you through the client portal.
Medical Nutrition Therapy requires a diagnosis from a medical doctor or licensed mental health professional. Some insurance plans will only cover services with a specific diagnosis. It is up to the client to acquire this referral from a medical or mental health professional before we can meet for a first session.
*If your plan limits coverage to a specific diagnosis and you do not meet the criteria for this diagnosis, you will not be able to use insurance*
Once all of the above steps are complete, we will offer you the ability to self schedule or schedule directly. We recognize that these are additional steps that we are asking you to take on. We find that when clients put in the work upfront, it allows a smooth therapeutic process as they know the full extent/limits of their benefits.
