You are in the right place if you're struggling with your relationship with food, body image, and overall distress/depression/anxiety. From a Health At Every Size approach, we can work together to create space for your complicated emotions and experiences. Maybe you have trouble looking at pictures of yourself or don’t do things you might enjoy because of your body size or fear. You might think the only way to happiness is to exist in a smaller or different body. You probably learned these messages when you were very young - and you are ready for change.
Perhaps you have a loved one and have noticed changes in their mood and behavior around food, or a new negative attitude about their body. Maybe you are not sure how to address these issues and don’t know what to do. I can help facilitate a healthier relationship with food and higher self-esteem from within. Family involvement is welcome!
Are you newly pregnant or postpartum and struggling with the many changes in your body and all of the emotions that come with it? I can be there for you! I have experience with moms at all stages of their pregnancy and birth. In a non-judgmental, warm and empathetic space, together we can unlearn the negative messages! I can't wait to meet you!
